Chaste Tree supreme™ is packaged in a bottle containing 90 veggie capsules, each containing approximately 500 mg of Vitex agnus-castus without fillers, binders or excipients. 1-2 capsules 3x per day on an empty stomach.

Chaste tree (vitex agnus-castus), or chasteberry, has been used for centuries in herbal medicine for a variety of hormonal-related and gynecological conditions.
