🌸 Simple Daily Tips for Better Posture
1. Mind Your Spine
Set a gentle reminder on your phone every 2–3 hours to check your alignment. Is your head jutting forward? Are your shoulders hunched? Gently reset by lifting your chest and tucking your chin slightly.
2. Strengthen Your Core
Your core muscles (not just abs!) are the foundation of good posture. Try daily breathing exercises, planks, or join us for a Living Love class to build core stability in a graceful way.
3. Sit Smart
Use a chair with proper lumbar support or place a small rolled towel at the curve of your lower back. Keep both feet flat on the floor and avoid crossing your legs for too long.
4. Stretch the Chest & Neck
Hours of sitting or phone use can tighten the front of your body. Do simple stretches daily like shoulder rolls, doorway chest openers, and neck tilts.
